In a challenge to an order of the trial court dissolving an injunction against the foreclosure sale of petitioners' home based on their failure to post an undertaking, order is vacated because the court erred in requiring, even on equitable principles, an undertaking where it ruled on the merits that the lender had not complied with Civil Code 2923.5.
