In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court finding that certain stock held in trust by plaintiff's deceased spouse was separate property even though plaintiff had a community property interest in its increased value during the marriage, judgment is affirmed over: 1) plaintiff's challenge on the ground that the court wrongly valued the asset; and 2) defendant's appeal on laches.
