In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court finding appellant liable to plaintiffs for the wrongful death of their daughter when she struck defendant's gas meter assembly located 11 feet, 4 inches beyond a curb after losing control of her vehicle, judgment, in light of Cabral v. Ralphs Grocery Co., is reversed because defendant owed victim no duty.
