In a writ challenge to an order of the trial court requiring petitioners to comply with certain contractual, nonadversarial prelitigation procedures, petition is denied where: 1) petitioners were not released from compliance because of adverse party's failure to comply with certain statutory disclosure requirements; and 2) subject provisions are severable from other invalid terms of the contract.
