In an appeal from a judgment by the trial court in favor of defendant-church in an action for wrongful termination, judgment is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff's FEHA claim is barred because defendant does not qualify as an "employer" within the meaning of the FEHA; 2) plaintiff's employment was terminated for religious reasons for which defendant is exempt under Title VII; and 3) plaintiff's claim for wrongful termination in violation of public policy is barred by the ministerial exception.
