In an action brought by the San Francisco Opera Association as the sole beneficiary of two estates, alleging breach of fiduciary duty and other claims, judgement of the probate court is affirmed over beneficiary's contentions that: 1) it was entitled to interest on the assets in both of the estates for the period of time that executor failed to distribute the assets; 2) the lower court erred in its application of trustee's defense of laches; and 3) the lower court did not have the authority to amend the original order of distribution in one of the estates.
