California Court of Appeal

People v. Valencia, B229392

Conviction and sentencing of defendant for possession of cocaine for the purpose of sale are upheld where the trial court correctly denied defendant's motion for suppression of evidence recovered during a second search of defendant's vehicle, because the search did not exceed defendant's initial consent to a prior, unincriminating search.
