In an appeal from an order enforcing administrative subpoenas issued as part of an investigation into the timeliness of defendants' Business and Professions Code section 805 submissions, order is affirmed because the Medical Board of California has jurisdiction to investigate: 1) a medical group; and 2) when a required Section 805 report has been filed late as opposed to never.
