In an appeal from an order of the trial court granting plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, order is affirmed where in an action seeking recovery under a public works payment bond for breach of contract, a material supplier was a subcontractor such that its breach of a contract entitled plaintiff to recover on the bond because it was charged with furnishing a significant amount of custom products in accord with the project plans and specifications.
