California Court of Appeal
People v. Mohamed, D058046
Conviction and sentencing of defendant for robbery, Pen. Code section 211, are upheld where: 1) conviction is supported by legally sufficient evidence; and 2) defendant's contention, that the trial court erred by instructing the jury on conspiracy because conspiracy is not a valid theory of criminal liability, lacks merit.
