Judgment of the trial court denying appellant's motion for certification of rehabilitation, Penal Code section 4852.13(a), is reversed where appellant accepted a plea bargain on the promise that if he successfully completed probation, and thereafter committed no additional offenses for a period of ten years, his Section 290 registration obligation would be terminated, and because a subsequent amendment of the Penal Code disallowing such relief does not apply retroactively.
