In an appeal from the trial court's judgment convicting defendant of a variety of offenses including multiple counts of residential burglary, possession of child pornography, and identity theft, conviction and sentencing are upheld as modified where defendant's prior, out-of-state conviction qualifies as a prior strike and because the evidence supported only two of the three counts of possession of child pornography.
