In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court upholding an administrative decision that appellant was obligated to pay its employees prevailing wages for work done under a government contract, judgment is affirmed because tree pruning and removal of diseased trees along state highways is "maintenance work" so that it falls under Section 1771 of the Prevailing Wage Law.
