Conviction and sentencing of defendant for possession of cocaine base for sale and other related offenses are vacated where because an initial impermissible search of defendant's vehicle revealed no contraband, a second warrantless search of the car at an impound yard, which revealed cocaine hidden in an air vent, was unconstitutional.
