In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court ordering that defendant register as sex offender, under Penal Code section 290, upon his plea conviction for oral copulation while confined in state prison, judgment is reversed where Section 290's lifetime registration requirement cannot be applied constitutionally to defendant, although he may be subject to the discretionary registration requirement of Section 290.006.
