In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing plaintiff's action alleging Cartwright Act and several types of unlawful or unfair business practices, which purportedly caused her unfair exclusion from medical practice, judgment is: 1) affirmed as against one defendant where the plaintiff failed to alleged statutory causes of action under the Cartwright Act or the UCL; and 2) reversed as against the other where the court erred in denying plaintiff leave to amend.
