In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting defendant's motion for summary judgment in an insurance coverage action, judgment is reversed where, on the facts of the dispute, a policy exclusion for claims of bodily injury or property damage resulting from "the movement of property by a mechanical device (other than a hand truck) unless the device is attached to the covered auto" does not apply.
