In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting defendant's motion to stay based on a forum selection clause, judgment is reversed because: 1) Code of Civil Procedure section 410.30 does not permit a forum selection clause motion to be made "at any time"; and 2) the court erred in enforcing subject clause after 19 months of litigation in California.
