In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing, as untimely, plaintiff's breach of contract action for unpaid insurance premium, judgment is reversed because where an insurance policy expresses a period at the end of the policy period to complete an audit of the insured's records in order to determine the final premium due, and the insurer completes that audit within the expressed period and timely submits a final bill to the insured, the statute of limitations begins to run on the date the final bill is sent.
