In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing plaintiff's action for medical malpractice, judgment is affirmed where a trial court order precluding plaintiff's expert from testifying that defendants' treatment fell below the standard of care was not prejudicial error because plaintiff failed to notify defendant of a change in the witness' status.
