In appeal from a judgment of the juvenile convicting defendant of running over a 17-month old baby in violation of Penal Code section 273a, matter is remanded where the court imposed the incorrect legal standard and because substantial evidence supports a section 273(a) true finding where appellant willfully permitted infant-victim to suffer unjustifiable physical pain and mental suffering when she failed to alert others of the potential seriousness of infant's injuries.
