Hoag v. Diedjomahor, E050935

In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting petitioner-grandparent's petition for visitation rights against the objection of a surviving parent, judgment is affirmed because the petitioner overcame the Troxel presumption where the surviving parent's claimed reasons for objecting to visitation were neither reasonable nor credible.
