In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court jointly convicting defendants for second degree murder and attempted murder with a firearm enhancement, convictions and sentencing are affirmed with correction of a clerical error where the standard CALCRIM instructions correctly set out the imminence requirement for imperfect self-defense.
