In an appeal from a judgment of disposition and an order denying a motion to dismiss a dependency action, judgment is reversed where a minor who, with the consent of her mother lawfully entered into a marriage under Nevada law, became emancipated so that she was no longer subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court.
