In an appeal from the conviction and sentencing of defendant for five counts of attempted murder, one count of second degree murder, and three counts of shooting at an occupied motor vehicle, judgment of conviction and sentencing is modified to stay the imposition of a 15-year minimum parole eligibility term on certain counts, but otherwise affirmed in all respects.
