In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court convicting defendant of burglary of a vehicle, conviction and sentencing are upheld where the probation condition requiring defendant to submit a record of income and expenditures to a Probation Officer is authorized by statute and not unconstitutionally vague and overbroad.
