In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court ordering back pay for members of the California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA) on the principal ground that the state's furlough program as applied to them violated Government Code section 19826, Labor Code section 223, and the state's minimum wage law, judgment is reversed where the order is invalidated under Professional Engineers in California Government v. Schwarzenegger (2010) 50 Cal.4th 989.
