In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court denying defendants' special motion to strike and awarding attorney's fees, judgment is affirmed where the motion was untimely because defendants filed the motion more than 60 days after service of the complaint, but reversed with respect to the award of fees where the record does not support the trial court's finding that the motion was frivolous.
