In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court in an action seeking the dissolution of a partnership as well as declaratory and injunctive relief, judgment is affirmed where the court correctly denied appellant's Section 15908.02 buyout petition, but reversed with respect to the court's grant of respondent's anti-SLAPP motion and attorney's fees where the statute does not apply to appellant's petition.
