In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court exonerating a bail and setting aside its forfeiture and summary judgment order on the ground that the defendant's warrant was never entered into the national warrant database, judgment is reversed where respondent's section 9880(b) motion was untimely because it was not filed within the 185-day period specified in section 1305 and in the form of a motion to set aside bail forfeiture.
