In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting defendants' motion for summary judgment in a tort and injury action alleging that the defendants - a spa and its proprietress - manufactured and injected defective permanent makeup into plaintiff's eyelids and eyebrows causing injuries to her face, judgment is affirmed where plaintiff neither established triable issues of material fact nor introduce sufficient new evidence to support her motion for reconsideration.
