In an appeal from a judgment of the family court granting respondents' motion to quash a petition to establish paternity, obtain joint custody and reasonable visitation, pay child support, and for genetic testing, judgment is affirmed where the court correclty dismissed petition for lack of standing, and because Dawn D. v. Superior Court defeats petitioner's claim to a due process opportunity interest in establishing a parent-child relationship with children.
