In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court convicting appellant of second degree murder with a weapons-use enhancement, conviction and sentencing are upheld where appellant's challenge on the grounds that: 1) defense counsel was ineffective when he elicited testimony from him that he had witnessed stabbings in the past; and 2) the trial court erred in ordering him to pay a probation report fee within 30 days of his release, Penal Code section 1203.1b, fail.
