In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court convicting defendant of nine counts of continuous sexual abuse of three victims, lewd acts upon a fourth victim, and forcible rape of a fifth victim, of whom were children, conviction is reversed as to one count where the sentencing on 5 counts are vacated with the judgment affirmed in all other respects.
