In an appeal from the conviction of appellant for attempted second degree robbery judgment is affirmed as modified where the appellant's challenge on the grounds that the trial court erred in allowing the prosecutor to impeach him on a collateral matter; that the prosecutor committed misconduct in misrepresenting the collateral evidence to the jurors fail, and the judgment is modified to strike a $10 "crime prevention" fine under Penal Code section 1202.5.
