In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting cross-defendant's good faith settlement motion and dismissing cross-complaint in an action for insurance bad faith, judgment is affirmed where the trial court had authority over motion because a good faith settlement may be sought in any action in which two or more parties are alleged to be joint tortfeasors, Code Civ. Proc. section 877.6(a)(1), while the cross-appeal from the order denying cross-defendant's summary judgment motion is dismissed as moot.
