In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court upholding a public reprimanded of petitioner for committing professional misconduct by engaging in sexual relations with a patient, judgment is affirmed where: 1) substantial evidence supports the court's finding that petitioner willingly allowed a patient to fondle or grope an intimate part of his body for a substantial period of time, and 2) such conduct constituted an act of sexual relations within the meaning of Business and Professions Code section 726.
