In an appeal from the conviction and sentencing of minor-defendant for the sexual molestation of a three-year old victim, judgment of the juvenile court is affirmed where the court, under Evidence Code section 1228, properly admitted the victim's out-of-court statements solely for the purpose of establishing the corpus delicti as a necessary antecedent to the introduction of the defendant's confession.
