In a dispute involving the summary termination of plaintiff's employment and application of Education Code section 87482.5(a), trial court's judgment in favor of the plaintiff on his petition for a writ of mandate is reversed where plaintiff-basketball coach was not entitled to due process because he was a temporary employee within the meaning of section 87482.5(a).
