California Court of Appeal

Vaca v. Wachovia Mortgage Corp., G044107

In an action for fraud and related causes of action, judgment of the trial court dismissing action as time-barred is affirmed where although plaintiff alleges that defendants' identities were fraudulently concealed, defendants are not equitably estopped from asserting the statute of limitations since plaintiff discovered their identities at least one year before the limitations periods expired.
