In an employment dispute alleging several causes of action and deriving from purported racial and age discrimination and retaliation by defendants, judgment of the trial court is affirmed where it correctly: 1) granted defendants' anti-SLAPP motion as to only one cause of action; 2) granted defendant's anti-SLAPP motion with leave to amend; 3) postponed judgment on defendant's evidentiary objections prior to ruling on the anti-SLAPP motion; 4) overruled 18 of defendants' 33 evidentiary objections; and 5) denied defendants' motion for attorney fees as the prevailing party.
