In an action alleging that defendant violated the California Family Rights Act, Gov. Code section 12945.2, by reassigning plaintiff upon her return from a 19-week medical leave, judgment in favor of the plaintiff is reversed where plaintiff's interference claim was barred as a matter of law and her retaliation claim was not supported by sufficient evidence.
