Convictions and sentencing of defendants for bringing alcohol into a jail facility, Pen. Code Section 4573.5, and possession of alcohol in a jail facility, Section 4573.8, are upheld where convictions are supported by legally sufficient evidence and the court did not err in neglecting to stay the imposition of punishment on the possession count, Section 654(a).
