In a dispute arising from the denial of a motion to vacate forfeiture of a bail bond, judgment of the trial court is affirmed where appellant's liability on the bond was not extinguished when, prior to the hearing at which defendant did not appear, additional criminal charges and a "Three Strikes” law allegation were made against defendant without notice to the appellant.
