Arcadia Development Co. v. City of Morgan Hill, H035519

In a constitutional challenge to a density-restriction ordinance that applies only to the plaintiff's property, judgment of the trial court upholdling ordinance is affirmed where the ordinance is not "spot zoning" and constitutes a valid exercise of defendant's police power because there are conceivable, rational public welfare reasons for the restriction.
