In a wage-and-hour class action lawsuit seeking to hold defendant liable for a subcontractors‘ Labor Code violations, judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part and reversed in part where it properly applied the minimum wage as a standard under Labor Code section 2810, but erred in granting summary judgment as plaintiffs raised a triable issue of fact with respect to the sufficiency of two challenged contracts.
