In a dispute arising from an action to determine the buyout price of a dissociating partner's interest in a law firm, Corporations Code section 16701(b), judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff is affirmed with respect to the interpretation and application of section 16701(b) but reversed with respect to its finding of individual liability.
