In an action for defamation arising from the parties' electioneering for a position on a board of directors of a homeowner's association, judgment of the trial court denying defendant's anti-SLAPP motion is reversed where defendant carried his burden of showing that the alleged defamation was based on protected activity under Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16(e)(3).
