In an action to enforce a judgment against defendant from a prior litigation, judgment of the trial court issuing a charging order against interests from defendant's partnership and corporation is affirmed where the trial court did not: 1) err in issuing the order against a corporation; 2) err on relying on a continuation analysis to resolve plaintiff's alter ego claim; 3) err levying on corporate assets to satisfy a judgment against a shareholder; and 4) violate the due process rights of the Partnership and Corporation.
