In an action for breach of contract, judgment of the trial court denying plaintiff's motion to amend the judgment to add defendant to the judgment as a judgment debtor on a alter ego basis, is reversed where Code of Civil Procedure section 187 authorizes a trial court to amend a judgment to add a judgment debtor who is found to be an alter ego of a corporate defendant.
